What we look for
Experience in disability support is a bonus, but it's not everything. We hire for character first — the skills can be taught, the right attitude can't.
- A genuine passion for supporting people with disability
- Patience, empathy, and a good sense of humour
- Reliability — participants count on you showing up
- A current or willingness to obtain NDIS Worker Screening Check
- First Aid certificate (or willingness to get one)
- Your own transport and a valid driver's licence
Good to know
No experience? No worries.
We welcome people who are new to disability support. If you have the right values and a genuine desire to help, we'll work with you on the rest — including training, onboarding, and ongoing support from our team.
We're currently looking for support workers across North Brisbane, Moreton Bay, North Lakes, and Caboolture.
